We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make with www.islandlatitudes.com. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with www.islandlatitudes.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We will cover the liability of purchases made through this web site only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own. If your bank holds you responsible for fraudulent charges, we will cover your liability up to $50.00.

Shipping and Sales Tax

Sales Tax only applies to purchases within the state of Florida.

Shipping Rates are determined by weight and shipping method. Fees are posted on our Review Order page.

Returning items to Island Latitudes

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with any purchase we will exchange it or refund your money - no problem.

  • Unopened items must be received in a resalable condition.
    We will refund you the price of the product(s) upon receiving the item(s). 

  • Opened items can be returned for a store credit. 

  • Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product.

  • Items received as a gift (paid for by someone other than yourself) can be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

Please contact our Customer Service department before sending anything back to us via email at contactus@islandlatitudes.com. For faster processing of your return, please follow the steps outlined below -

1. Contact Island Latitudes Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know you will making a return. Email us at contactus@islandlatitudes.com.

2. We'll give you a Return Authorization Number. Please write this number on the outside of your shipping box, we will also provide the return shipment address via E-Mail.

3. Please send your return package via UPS or Parcel Post Insured.  Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit.

4. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s) and include a copy of your invoice.

IMPORTANT: Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them.  Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you.  We cannot refund your money on items received damaged due to improper packaging.

Once we receive your Return package, we will issue you a refund or store credit for the price of the products you returned (including tax, if any). If you paid by credit card, we will charge-back the amount to your credit card -- if you paid by money order, we will mail you a check.  If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we will also refund you the shipping costs to return the item to us.  

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued
